By visiting our website, creating an account, registering for a program, making a payment, or participating in a BYSAcademy service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website or register for a BYSAcademy offering.

A particular program may have additional written terms, schedules, requirements, or instructions. If there is a conflict, the program-specific terms will apply to that program to the extent of the conflict.
3. Eligibility and registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering for a program or creating an account.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate name, email, phone, and payment information
- Keeping your account and login details secure
- Not sharing your login credentials or member access with another person
- Notifying BYSAcademy promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
- Updating your information when it changes
BYSAcademy may refuse, suspend, or cancel access where registration information is materially inaccurate, fraudulent, abusive, or used in violation of these Terms.
4. Payments and Razorpay
Program fees must be paid through the payment methods made available at registration. Payments may be processed through Razorpay.
You authorize BYSAcademy and its payment-processing partners to process the amount shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and completing any authentication required by your bank or payment provider.
Razorpay may process payment, transaction, and technical information under its own terms and privacy policy. BYSAcademy may receive payment confirmation, transaction references, and other information necessary to confirm registration, manage refunds, reconcile payments, and prevent fraud.
Access may remain pending until payment is successfully confirmed.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by BYSAcademy’s Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Unless an exception applies under that policy or applicable law, a cancellation request must be submitted within 3 calendar days of registration or payment. Approved refunds may be subject to an administration fee disclosed before processing. Requests submitted after that period are generally not eligible for a refund.
6. Program access and delivery
After successful registration, BYSAcademy may provide access instructions, account credentials, session links, schedules, recordings, or other materials by email or through a member area.
Access is personal to the registered participant and is limited to the period, format, and scope stated for the relevant program. You may not sell, transfer, sublicense, or commercially exploit your access without written permission from BYSAcademy.
For live programs, workshops, webinars, mentorship, or consulting, dates, instructors, session formats, and delivery arrangements may change when reasonably necessary. BYSAcademy may provide a replacement session, revised schedule, alternative arrangement, transfer option, or other reasonable solution depending on the circumstances.
7. Educational information and no guarantee of results
BYSAcademy provides educational, professional-development, mentorship, and consulting content. The services are not a guarantee of employment, promotion, income, business results, certification, admission, or any particular professional outcome.
Results depend on factors including your background, effort, decisions, experience, market conditions, and circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating and applying information appropriately.
Unless expressly stated in writing, BYSAcademy services do not constitute legal, financial, medical, investment, tax, or other regulated professional advice. Obtain advice from a qualified professional before making decisions that require specialized advice.
8. Intellectual property
The BYSAcademy website, brand, course materials, videos, recordings, slides, workbooks, templates, exercises, text, graphics, frameworks, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to BYSAcademy and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fee, BYSAcademy grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the materials solely for your own personal learning and development.
You must not, without written permission:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, sell, license, or distribute course materials
- Share recordings, slides, workbooks, templates, login credentials, or member-area access
- Use BYSAcademy materials to create a competing course, training product, or commercial service
- Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Present BYSAcademy’s content as your own
- Use automated tools to scrape, reproduce, or extract substantial portions of the content
Your access license ends when your access is terminated or expires, unless BYSAcademy states otherwise in writing.
9. Participant content and feedback
You retain ownership of original questions, comments, assignments, feedback, or other content you submit, except for rights you separately grant to BYSAcademy.
By submitting feedback, testimonials, suggestions, or questions, you grant BYSAcademy permission to use them to improve and promote its services only where permitted by law and, for identifiable testimonials, with appropriate consent.
Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, or personal information about another person unless you are authorized to do so.
10. Sessions, recordings, and participant conduct
BYSAcademy may record or provide recordings of sessions where appropriate for learning, review, quality, safety, or operational purposes. We will provide notice where required.
You must behave respectfully and lawfully during live sessions, community interactions, calls, and communications. You must not:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate against, or intimidate another participant or instructor
- Disrupt a session or interfere with another person’s learning
- Record, photograph, screenshot, or redistribute a session without permission
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Share another participant’s personal information without authorization
- Use the service to distribute spam, malware, unlawful content, or unauthorized promotions
BYSAcademy may remove you from a session, community, or program and may suspend or terminate your access for serious or repeated misconduct.
11. Acceptable use of the website
You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or restricted areas
- Interfere with website security, availability, or performance
- Introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful material
- Scrape, crawl, or copy website content in a way that is unauthorized or excessive
- Use the website to commit fraud or violate another person’s rights
- Misuse BYSAcademy’s name, trademarks, content, or services
12. Third-party services and links
BYSAcademy may use or link to third-party services such as Razorpay, email platforms, Google Analytics, Meta services, Zoom, Google Meet, hosting providers, or other technology platforms.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. BYSAcademy is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, content, or privacy practices of third-party services, except to the extent required by applicable law.
13. Availability and changes
BYSAcademy will make reasonable efforts to provide the services as described, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Access may be temporarily affected by maintenance, technical failures, internet or platform outages, security issues, or circumstances beyond BYSAcademy’s reasonable control.
BYSAcademy may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue website features, course materials, instructors, session formats, schedules, or program components when reasonably necessary. Where a material change substantially affects a paid program, BYSAcademy will consider reasonable alternatives consistent with the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
14. Suspension and termination
BYSAcademy may suspend or terminate your account or program access if you:
- Breach these Terms or program-specific rules
- Share access or protected materials
- Engage in abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct
- Fail to make a required payment
- Create a security, legal, or operational risk
Where appropriate, BYSAcademy may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate suspension may occur where necessary to protect participants, the website, intellectual property, or legal rights.
Termination does not remove obligations that are intended to continue, including payment obligations already incurred, intellectual-property restrictions, confidentiality obligations, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute provisions.
15. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. BYSAcademy does not warrant that the website, content, session platforms, or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or free from harmful components.
BYSAcademy does not warrant that participation in a program will produce a particular personal, academic, professional, business, financial, or employment result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right, warranty, liability, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BYSAcademy and its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, income, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated results arising from or related to use of the website or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BYSAcademy’s total liability for claims arising from a particular paid program will not exceed the amount you paid for that program during the [insert applicable period] immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
This section does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, infringement, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BYSAcademy and its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your misuse of the website, services, or protected materials
- Your violation of another person’s rights
- Your unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct
This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim results from BYSAcademy’s own negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, or other conduct for which liability cannot legally be transferred.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you have a concern, first contact BYSAcademy at contact@buildyourskillacademy.com and provide reasonable details so we can try to resolve it informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts located in Thane, Maharashtra, India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or other legal rights that apply to you.
If BYSAcademy intends to use arbitration, mediation, or another formal dispute-resolution procedure, the procedure, seat, rules, and appointment process should be inserted here only after review by a qualified attorney.
19. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the BYSAcademy Privacy Policy. By using the website or services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in that policy and as permitted by applicable law.

These Terms and any applicable program-specific terms constitute the agreement between you and BYSAcademy concerning the relevant services. No waiver is effective unless made in writing. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without written permission from BYSAcademy.
