As a Lead and Technology Architect, my primary responsibility has been ensuring that business strategy translates into secure, cost-effective, and resilient technology platforms. This involves establishing non-functional requirements (NFRs), running Architecture Review Boards (ARBs), driving multi-cloud adoption, and establishing engineering standards that development teams can execute reliably.
